About the event
Join us for a relaxed and enriching monthly gathering where we explore a single herb in depth—one plant, one cup at a time along with the season. Each session of this ongoing series focuses on an herb of the month, offering a chance to connect more intimately with the world of herbal medicine.
Together, we will sip a freshly brewed tea made from the featured herb, learn about its traditional uses, energetics, safety, and modern applications, explore folklore, recipes and personal reflections. Whether you’re just beginning your herbal journey or deepening an existing practice, this course offers a simple, grounding way to grow your herbal knowledge—one plant at a time.
